1. Terms of Service


1.1 Welcome to VSist. You must consent to these terms of service in order to obtain an account with a personal identification number and password. Your use of VSist signifies agreement to the stipulated contents of these terms of service.

1.2 You are responsible for the information that you enter and transmit to VSist (We do not make distinctions between text, voice or images or files and other forms of expression. The same shall apply hereinafter). We (SPIDER NETWORKS, Ltd.) are not responsible for the content of this information.

1.3 We are not responsible for damage to the user that is caused by unauthorized replication or export of said information from VSist to a third party.

1.4 When immediate changes need to be made to items registered by a user, we will have fulfilled our obligations by contacting the user’s registered address. Announcements about separate VSist services and notices for management purposes, etc., may also be sent to the registered address of users. Further, if our communications to the registered address are not answered within five days, we will consider the matter to have been left to our disposal.

2. How We Handle VSist Internal Services and Information


2.1 We, and the rightful claimants who have relinquished their user rights to us, retain the copyright and all other rights to VSist internal services and entries about services. Copies, reproductions, uploads, posts, transmissions and distributions, etc. are not permitted without permission.

All rights to VSist logos, service marks and trade marks are owned by SPIDER NETWORKS, Ltd. They may not be used without our permission.

When users download files, images, software and programs, etc., (files, etc.) from VSist, they are doing so with our explicit permission for limited individual use. This does not constitute a conveyance of copyright or other rights to users by this company, our corporate partners who have contracted for provision of services under the VSist brand (corporate partners), and other rightful claimants.

Further, users may not redistribute, sell, disassemble or reverse engineer the files that they have downloaded.

3. Service Support


3.1 VSist will assist users via electronic mail only. Email us your question and we will answer you by email. Our support office does not employ or answer telephone calls, faxes or other communication methods.

Further, support is limited to the services offered by VSist. We do not offer any support for users’ computers, communication equipment, communication software, etc., or for electronic mail features.

Also, with respect to questions about VSist, please be aware that we may not be able to give you support for content that we receive, etc., from other companies.

4. Prohibited Activities


4.1 VSist prohibits the following activities because of the wish to maintain the quality of VSist services and provide its users with an enjoyable and beneficial Internet experience.


  • Actions that violate the law or incite and encourage offenses
  • Actions that obstruct the access or operations of other users
  • Actions that obstruct or harm VSist administrative or network systems
  • Actions that violate the reputation, credit, privacy rights, publicity rights, copyright or other rights of other people
  • Stalking, defamation, intimidation, harassment or other actions that inflict economic, psychological or injurious action on other people
  • Ethnic, racial, sexist, age-related, religious, national or other discriminatory expressions
  • Invitations to gambling, investing, pyramid schemes, multilevel marketing schemes, or sham multilevel marketing schemes
  • Business activities and other profit-making utilizations (except where specially authorized by this company)
  • Religious invitations or actions intended for the promotion of religion
  • Repeated submission of identical messages, repeated entry of identical texts, uploading of exceedingly large images
  • Actions that are judged to harm the healthy upbringing of minors
  • Impersonation of other people (persons associated with VSist; other service managers; other users; etc.)
  • Giving one's own account and password to someone else. Using another person’s account and password
  • Sending out chain letters or spam. Setting up multiple accounts for one person
  • Gathering and saving other people’s personal information.
  • Actions that are in violation of the law, public order and decency, or common sense
  • Other actions for which VSist has a logical basis for judging inappropriate

5. Deleting Information and Accounts


5.1 Transmission of information corresponding to the above-stated prohibited activities is not permitted on any VSist service. If we find that there has been a transmission of information that is recognized as conflicting with these prohibitions, we may immediately delete said information and, as needed, suspend or delete the use of the user account which committed the action that conflicted with the above-stated prohibited activities.


In any situation corresponding to the following list, we may conduct a check of the user’s recorded information, usage history, and email contents, etc., and, according to the situation, disclose such information to a third party.


  • If there is a legal inquiry from a court of law, the police, another judicial or administrative body, or someone who corresponds to these bodies.
  • If a problem occurs with maintaining VSist or its system.
  • If it is judged that there is a violation of the law or these terms of service, or if there is a problem with some other socially accepted idea.
  • If it is necessary for the preservation of our rights and interests, those of our corporate partners, and those of other users and other third parties.

We ask that individual users bear responsibility for their transmission of information. Information that is in violation of the law or a copyright infringement may be subject to actions such as compensation for damage, civil liability, or criminal liability.

6. Public Display of Information


6.1 The copyrights for information written by users and accompanying comments and trackbacks are retained by the user who composed said information. /p>

However, the user gives nonexclusive consent to this company for perpetual, non-compensated use of said information, based on the stipulations of copyright law, when we use said informational content for advertisements, promotion of use, publication and marketing, etc. Further, the user, with respect to this company and the sources we designate, may not exercise the personal rights of an author.

7. Exemption Clauses


7.1 We have no responsibility for any liabilities, obligations, damages or losses that the user incurs by using VSist (including, but not limited to, failure of communication equipment and loss of data).

Further, with regard to the information at issue, this company bears no responsibility for the time it is posted or for its deletion, misdelivery, or storage.

8. Service Changes, Interruptions and Exemptions


8.1 At our discretion we can interrupt VSist services at any time. We do not bear any responsibility to users or third parties for service interruptions.

We do not bear any responsibility for damages (either direct or indirect) that may have been caused by the use or inability to use VSist. Whenever we give advice there is no guarantee of any kind about the consequences of following this advice.


8.2 When we judge it necessary to change service contents, etc, we may change the content or suspend or discontinue our services at any time without notification to users.

8.3 We do not bear any responsibility to users if we change, suspend or discontinue service content

9. Legal Procedures


9.1 Disputes among users of VSist users will not be resolved by our enforcement of any statement of complaint or by our discharge of any claim for damage compensation that users may make to this company. These terms of service apply only within VSist and in certain cases relevant laws and administrative guidance may take precedence.

With certain specified exceptions, VSist and its related services are provided for users within Japan. They are operated and administered by our offices in Tokyo.

We make no guarantees that other countries and regions will be able to receive VSist information or that its content is appropriate.

We ask that users from other countries and regions use these services at their own risk and that they verify and observe the laws of said regions.

Please observe the laws of each nation for the export of technology when you send (transmit) technical information to other countries and regions.


9.2 The governing law of these terms is the law of Japan. If disputes occur between VSist and its users over these services and terms, the Tokyo District Court shall be the court of exclusive initial consensual jurisdiction.

10. Violation of these Terms of Service


10.1 Please notify us as quickly as possible if you discover that other users are acting in violation of these terms of service, etc.
